Dwayne and the whole crew did an excellent quality build of our garage/workshop. When I sent the online form, I got a very detailed proposal and building plan back that Dwayne had to rework a bit. Our land space was quite limited, and the lot grading and access weren’t the best, but he made it work, and the end result was exactly what we needed.

We decided to add electrical after the build, and that made the space so much better. Thank you, Dwayne and the crew, for all the help and for going above and beyond to get our garage built.

I contacted Dwayne last summer to build a garage, and he came out on a moment’s notice to give me a quote and go over the details. He went over every detail of the build –from excavation to slab construction to picking out windows and doors. Once the plans were drawn up, he acquired the building permit from the city and began construction. They did a beautiful job! I love my new garage with light storage up top. He was very professional and respectful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, these guys make it an enjoyable experience.

Many companies quoted my garage, but Dwayne was the only one who met with me, broke the process down, and talked about every aspect. From the size of the rocks under the slab to the permits and surveys, every detail was covered. Dwayne explained the pros and cons of my original plans, and I ended up changing them several times before finalizing a design. He was the only contractor who critiqued what I wanted, and asked the questions to make sure I would get the garage I wanted with a price I could live with.

Communication about when people and supplies would be on site was spot on. The slab was poured on Tuesday, and the last shingle was nailed on Friday. The one small item I had post-build was fixed within a few hours of bringing it up. I would highly recommend reaching out for a quote if you’re looking for a garage.

We first contacted Dwayne a year before our project to get a feel for the cost and size of the garage we wanted. We had a few site visits before narrowing everything down. Dwayne was great the whole way through. He was patient with our questions and offered suggestions to make the most of our property.

Dwayne was very forthright in discussing the pricing, what we could do to save money and where things could go a bit awry. Because of this, we were prepared for the overages when we needed more rock during excavation due to the wetness. The crew that came in for each step was professional and worked really hard. It is easy to see that this company knows what it is doing and hires great people. It took less than four weeks from excavation to finish.
