After you submit your request online, we will email you a proposal. If you want to move forward, we will schedule a site visit and provide an excavation quote. Dwayne handles your initial intake and site visit. During this visit, we discuss your vision in detail, covering essential aspects like window and door placement, garage location, and potential excavation challenges such as soil type and land slope. We ensure we meet all the specific by-laws in your area.

SITE PREPARATION
We meet with you on excavation day to finalize your garage's location and positioning. We prepare the site with the necessary aggregate to ensure a solid base, using compacted rock for stability. Any excess materials are utilized on-site or removed, leaving the area ready for the next steps.

POUR CONCRETE SLAB
We install rebars and wire mesh in the concrete slab, ensuring a solid foundation with at least 4000 psi concrete mix and fibre mesh. Pressure-treated plates are incorporated to prevent water damage. In colder climates, calcium prevents the concrete from freezing, ensuring durability through all seasons.

FRAME GARAGE
After the slab has cured, our efficient crew often completes the framing in one or two days. They start by stripping concrete forms and organizing materials. The structure quickly takes shape with walls, roof trusses, and sheathing installed rapidly. Each team member has a specific role, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.

INSTALL WINDOWS, DOORS, SIDING, AND SHINGLES
We offer high-end, weather-resistant products from preferred manufacturers. If you prefer to match your existing home's products, we can accommodate any brand as long as it's available. This ensures a cohesive look and long-lasting performance.
